All orders are processed within 1–2 business days (Monday to Friday, excluding holidays).
Once your order has been processed, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking details.

Lost or Delayed Packages

Returns & Refunds

Customers may return eligible items within 14 days of receiving their order.

Return shipping costs to our address are entirely the responsibility of the customer. Items must be returned unused, unworn, and in their original condition, including all original packaging, tags, and accessories.

Before returning any item, please contact us at sales@shoptyson20.eu to receive return instructions. Returns sent without prior contact may experience delays in processing.

We strongly recommend using a tracked shipping service, as we are not responsible for items lost or damaged during return transit.

Once your return has been received and inspected, we will notify you whether your refund has been approved or rejected. If approved, your refund will be processed to the original payment method within 14 business days. Please note that original shipping charges are non-refundable.

We reserve the right to refuse returns that do not comply with this policy or that show signs of use, damage, or alteration after delivery.
